(Option 1) at $200/ horse @ 9 stalls so the rent is $1,800.00/ month.
(Option 2) at $200/horse @ 4 stalls so the rent is $800.00/ month.
(Option 3) Both barns at $200 per horse.

In order to move in, there is a $3,800 security deposit, first month rent and last month rent.
Renter is responsible for electric, trash, mowing and manure removal. All applicants are required to fill out an application. There is a $25 application fee.
